James was prompt and very professional. Provided an estimate onsite and included additional cost that we anticipate in the estimate – rotted fascia board. James also provided a solution to a customized drain system on a flat roof section of our home that was rotted.

From the beginning with questions and the first handshake, it was excellent. Every interaction we had was pleasant, and James was very knowledgeable. He was quick to follow up when needed. When the work was in progress, they were good at cleaning up and did very well. James did a walk through with us and added extra caulk to an area we were concerned with. The staff was all very professional and nice. There was a follow up phone call a few days later to make sure that everything was still OK. We are planning to have our gutters redone soon, and I can say that we wouldn’t even consider using anyone else! I have passed their information on to neighbors and friends.
Description of work:
They completely redid the roof, which included a complete tear off to the old roof. There was some metal work done around the chimney and gutters as well.

Skyline Construction performed the work on schedule, as it was determined to be done. They recognized improvements that needed to be made, such as roof ventilation and ice guard, and incorporated them in the project. They were respectful and professional in all dealings with the customer. Special requests and modifications were handled well. Safety procedures were adhered to and there were no accidents. Clean-up was superb. This is our third project with them (two houses and one garage) and in every case the work was done to our satisfaction.

So glad we went with SES Skyline Construction for our new roof! We have had neighbors compliment and ask for contact info for this company. We got the referral from a neighbor who is familiar with the family and knows they do quality work and their quote offered more for them money and since we had two other quotes, Skyline was the best deal!!! I had a tree fall on my house from a storm. Skyline Construction replaced the roof plywood, reshingled, installed a new seamless gutter and rehung my soffit. I also had them rebuild my chimney and install a rain cap. They do excellent work and they were the best priced out of 3 other quotes from different company’s. They completed the work in under 2 days. I definitely recommend them.
